DevRev is founded by Dheeraj Pandey (Founder of Nutanix which had one of the largest tech IPOs in 2016) and Manoj Agrawal (part of Nutanix leadership team).DevRev’s Vision: To Help Build the Earth’s Most Customer-Centric Companies.The world is fast moving towards Product-Led Growth (PLG), but there is no ‘P’ in PLG without the user. We believe both developers and users are two sides of the same coin - the product, and we are on a mission to bring them together through our platform. DevRev believes that makers – developers, engineers, and PMs – need to be plugged into the “matrix” of end-users which is why they designed a platform that connects all developers’ work (issues, tasks, deployments) to customers (conversations, tickets, opportunities) through the product (features, capabilities, metrics).

The platform is built for social, real-time collaboration with machine learning and automation bridging the gap between the back office, mid office, and front office. DevRev brings together customer conversations, work management with real-time collaboration, and a system of record for a product in a single platform.
